Maybe I'm just cynical but it's a little odd they don't mention playoff ticket priority as a perk under benefits and that they explicitly state playoff tickets aren't part of your renewal and may be offered to you under the agreement info when you go to renew. You'd think they'd be promoting that as a major perk.

Also odd how they didn't send out any playoff info either with the renewals for this upcoming playoff.

Good find, I’m not making a choice one way until they let us know about playoffs. At least we have until April 26th, I figured they would have pushed for April 1 to renew so no hurry over here.

This is the exact verbiage in their agreement. I'm sure it's just legal writing to cover themselves for all scenarios but still very odd between that and not highlighting it as a perk.

6. For avoidance of doubt, this Subscription applies to pre-season and regular season games only and does not include any right to purchase or otherwise obtain playoff tickets for any playoff games. MSG may elect to extend to the Subscribers the opportunity to purchase playoff tickets (for regular season seats covered by this Subscription or otherwise) and may do so under such terms as MSG determines in its sole and absolute discretion. If MSG does extend such opportunity to the Subscribers, playoff tickets must be purchased for all playoff rounds offered by MSG to the Subscribers (unless otherwise stated by MSG); otherwise, all offered and remaining games (both those being offered and any subsequent round or series) will be released for public sale or otherwise allocated by MSG.

Wonder if they're going to send out a correction/apology email about the whole Michael thing. I too got it addressed to Michael. Also any benefits by using a Chase card? I need to talk to my rep because I still haven't received the backpack, which I believe is what this year's Chase benefit was? Anyone have a picture of it? Want to make sure I get the right one and not some draw string backpack.

At game, no vax check.

Asked about playoff invoices and was told probably not until it’s official so maybe mid April.
Still don’t know why they keep alternating entrances (main 32nd 7th Ave) though now that they aren’t checking vax status. They should have both open. Spoke to a rep as well and also asked about playoff tix and was told not till April.

Another "Michael" checking in - section 105 increase was about 2.5% so looks like lower bowl didn't get hit with the same 8-10% increases of the upper bowl.

Is there anyone else with lower bowl tix here? I saw in the Facebook ticket group someone said their tickets actually went down in price which I found weird. Could be a miscalculation.

My Knicks seats went from 4,664 per seat (106 per game) to 4,804 per seat (109.19 per game).

I think I've decided to stay with what I have. Has anyone thought about using an LLC to deal with the tax issue? Someone suggested that to me and not sure if its worth it.

I'm 103 row 7 and my tickets dropped from $185 to $165. I paid to lock it in and then emailed my rep to make sure it wasn't an error or they were factoring in fewer than 44 home games (41 regular season and 3 preseason) but she confirmed they did go down

Lines up with what I read. Someone had posted they had the higher rows of the 100's goal and they went from $145 to $125. I guess they do know how to lower prices at MSG.

Section 208 Row 15 increased from $69 to $74.50.

But why no playoff invoice?

I currently live in VA, but am moving back to the tri-state so was looking to go from my current 10 game plan to a full season. We received our upgrade notice yesterday. This year, I paid roughly $115 per ticket for seats in 223. However, in the upgrade, the CHEAPEST, tickets available for full season upgrade are in 208 and show as a per ticket price of $120.

Do the Rangers just completely ripoff people who want to become new STH? It seems insane to me that I would pay a higher per ticket price for a full season than I did for 10 games this year and there's just no way I'm plopping down 11K for last row seats.

I was expecting to see something high up available for 90$ ish. I don't get the discrepancies in regular renewals versus new STH. It seems absurd to price in a more than 60% price gap on new STH holders versus existing.

I’m not a STH but that might be more related to an overall price increase as opposed to screwing full STH? So screwing everyone lol

A few years back they implemented new subscriber pricing. So if an existing subscriber was paying $100 for the same seats, you would be charged ~$105. I can't remember if you would be eligible for the cheaper pricing on your renewal, or if you are always stuck paying the higher rate...perhaps someone else can chime in.
