She moved you to the upper bowl already???

For the entirety of the playoffs, yes. But not for the regular season. I put down a deposit, but do not have confirmed seats yet. Just was told it's "very likely" I'll be able to get something upstairs for the season.

Not sure why anyone would, unless you are talking about sitting close to the glass. I much prefer my current Gallery seats to my old lowers, in both price and view.

I sat one year in the lower bowl (8 years ago) and paid more per ticket than I do now and my seats at $76 aren't cheap.

The concourse in the uppers is horrendous. An accident/disaster waiting to happen. They really need to fix that.

I totally agree. But there's really not much they can do to fix/improve it. Regardless, I personally care quite a bit more about the price, view and legroom of my seat than I do about how crowded the concourse is. Plus, I know the fastest way to the places I need to get to and am agile enough to zip around most of the crowds and congestion. Bottom line is for the two intermissions I can deal with this knowing I enjoy my seats more now than I ever did sitting in the lower bowl.

No collapse yet for tomorrows game. The cheapest ticket available on StubHub is $167. I would guess that most people going to the game tomorrow will already have plans to go and not be last hour impulse buyers. The Flyers/Rangers are probably the best draw for the fans in the playoffs other then the Islanders.

I'm in 101 and asked my rep to move me to the upper bowl as well. She moved me up there for the playoffs and said it's very likely I'll be able to get up there for the regular season as well.

Who's your rep? I'm also in 101. What row are you in?

Please share any secrets for the fastest way to get out of the arena after the game from your seats in section 221. I usually stay for the stick salute after victories so it can be a long exit. I think the stairs are better than the escalators.

I sit over in 222, if you can, cut over to 222 and walk up the stairs between 222 and 223. There is a door up on the top that goes directly to the stairs, you still get foot traffic, but not as bad.

There is no fastest way out anymore. There is the slow way, the slower way, and the slowest. Well, except when I sat up on the bridge. Took the elevator right to the front lobby.

Even on TicketsNow, STH dropped prices to $125/per, but there's an additional $25-30 in fees. Misleading to the customer and sucks for the seller.

I am surprised that there is not more tickets available on S/H. I would think not many STH who cannot go to the game haven't gotten rid of their tickets yet. I am a STH who knew right away I could not make the game due to religious/family obligations and I actually had a number of people on my regular list ask for this game.
a Saturday night game at MSG would have been great!

I think also, for my family, we're not religious enough to go to church but still recognize, so we have dinner at 4pm, enough time to go to the game and get back to the family.

prices have been very good so far, seems like this playoff season is going to be in high demand all the way through. Lots of new Ranger fans out there and old ones who've come back to the team

welp I was completely wrong, all the supply sold and prices stayed relatively strong at about $160 get in the door. I guess 2 years ago was a complete anomaly, if prices didn't crash for this game they're probably not going to crash for any other playoff game either. Good for sellers, bad for buyers!

The Rangers are going to be a hot ticket this Spring! I had more people ask me about the playoffs and the team in the past few days than I can ever remember. I will be watching the game on TV today but hope I go to 14 more playoff games this year:handclap:

That's a lot of 7 game series vs lower seeded teams...

Hopefully Game 5 tickets are expensive so I can recoup my game 1 cost in full and possibly even game 7/game 1 next round :)

Easter is a holiday people will blow off.

Does anyone know stubhub's new fee structure? I know it is still 15% for the seller, but the buyer fee is different. I posted tickets for $215 each, and the actual list price was $230.50, this was with UPS delivery. Then changed it to pdf electronic delivery and the list price dropped to $227.75. Was it a $2.75 delivery fee for pdf, vs $5.25 for UPS. But, only a $10 buyers commission? I thought I read they were charging different buyer fees for different events.

The cheapest option I believe is instand download.

They have been changing it pretty dynamically. Try listing Stanley Cup Finals tickets and you'll see the buyer's commission a lot higher. They have been adjusting it on the fly.
