Sidenote: shoutout to all you regulars in the Wolfpack thread. Hands down, currently the thread with the most knowledge and useful analysis on the board.

I would have went the same, but I feel like there's something I'm missing with Garand, so figured I'd fit him in here. Too many knowledgeable posters to ignore are higher on him than me.

Same. I have a particular order for them in my mind, but if somebody had the complete inverse of that, it still wouldn't look that unreasonable to me.

I went with Laba. 2 things that stand out to me about him:

- He was a 2nd team All-American, which is the same as Gabe Perreault, who is our 1st ranked prospect.
- He scored at a similar rate to Brett Berard, who is our 3rd ranked prospect, in the NCAA, but also won the defensive forward of the year award in his conference.

I have Perreault and Berard above him but, out of all our guys in this tier, I think Laba is the closest to being in the tier above.

I know Robertson has fallen out of favor, but I see a Ty Emberson type there. It's admittedly hopium that last season was just "a bad season," but there's still a chance he catches on as a 6/7 guy by 2025-26. Heck, if we lose him on waivers after TC, then he might be a 5/6 somewhere else this coming season.

I don't expect anyone else to vote to add him, but as is my usual practice, I'm voting off of my list instead of going with the popular pick every round. To me, it's pointless to vote if you're going to just go with the crowd every time. =)

Robertson aside, I'd be joining the one guy adding BMB this early! I'm a BMBeliever.

Went Garand, add Mancini. 6 thru 10 is where things get tough. You could make a case for every one of these guys. This is why I like this prospect pool. It's deep and I could see all of these guys having an NHL career.
