You are 100% correct--he graduated. My math sucks and I had him at 59 NHL games but he is in fact at 69 NHL games and therefore has graduated (65 is the cutoff).

I've only watched one Pack game in the last two years, so my only real reference for Garand is his numbers. And they aren't flattering compared to Domingue's over that span.
