My expectation would be that he can do what Lafreniere is doing at a fraction of the cost (compared to Lafreniere’s next contract). Anything more than that is gravy. Is that a lofty expectation?

Sad for Laffy but not lofty. I just get the sense people here think he's gonna come in and score 20 goals next year. I think he's still very much a work in progress. I wouldn't be surprised if he spends a good chunk of next year in Hartford.

Well half the naysayers may do that and the other half will just say he sucks, is good at nothing and was a bad pick from the start. Which I guess is blaming the GM. Hahahaha.

Krav in a landslide. He has been solid in the NHL. Not a knock on Othmann but Krav is making me a believer. Keep him stapled to Panarin and he can fill the RW hole. The real competition is going to be Laffy vs. Othmann

I expect that to be the case too. Maybe a call up 2nd half

Krav has been stapled to bread since the summer and is 23 years old. Laf had more points than Kravs career when he was a teenager. Come on.

Very intrigued by Othmann..
 
Kravtsov’s is a victim of Gallant’s coaching style that only applies to Vitali.
Gallant has stated since his Vegas days that he wants players to play their game and that he doesn’t bench players when they make missteps because he doesn’t want them playing scared.
Kravtsov is not playing his game. He always the first one on his line looking to leave the ice on line changes and appears to always be checking his offense even when the play is there just so he doesn’t get trapped in the offensive zone.
Not a good way for NHL development. Too much of a short leash on this talented of a young player.
