I disagree with the tiers, the rankings look OK to me, i would obviously change a lot but they're OK

That's how I look at it. But after Gettinger you could pretty much make a case for just about 15 guys at No. 18--though I think it should be Sjalin.

Good with it through 15, with one or two minor adjustments. After that, my rankings would be drastically different, but NBD once you're that low anyway.

I think the top 2 tiers are accurate and very well done. Once you get lower than that there's going to be a lot of differing opinions.

Shesty might be to high relative to the other Gs but his effectiveness at KHL level earns that

To me, after Pionk,
the next 15 or so skaters could be in almost any order,
lower ranked Fontaine, Tambo could easily outperform Nieves, Gropp,
similarly ZBo, Sjalin, Pedrie, Crawley, Reunanen could produce and rise in any order

But thats why the growth in numbers is valuable, if a couple each D and Fs ranked 12 or greater work out, NYR are in good shape

The 5 goalie crew will interesting to watch over next 3 years, for sure

I think Sjalin will be the biggest climber as well. He was the only draft pick the Rangers made that I liked besides the first two. Gettinger can certainly go up as well.

Jensen and Gettinger are too low. And Tambellini should probably be a bit higher

Pionk ought to be above Graves and Day, Gettinger and Zborovskiy should switch places, and Nell should be higher than he is, specifically above Halverson. Other than that, I'm okay with it.

Right but A) his age makes him borderline and B) there's no guarantee that he'll even return to the NHL

No doubt he had a poor season, but when you put it in context there are many reasons to give him a pass. New rink size, age, role he was given, terrible coaching, new culture, etc. I agree that he never helped himself out, but you are way too eager to write him off. I have him maybe a spot or two higher than we ranked him, and that's even taking into account the uncertainty that has been added with the car accident.
