Completely agree with this.

Hes tried to make it work here under Torts system at least but hes just better off in a more open system. Imagine him on the Lightning, Hawks, or Penguins? :help:

I don't care if last year's success was a fluke or just a major overachievement that team had HEART. I love what Nash has brought but I'd take last year's team in a heartbeat. This team just looks like they don't care.
 
So disappointed with this year's Rangers. Something needs to be changed. You can say injuries etc etc. The fact remains our lack of speed and grit is killing us. The guys with speed have ZERO grit, the guys with grit have ZERO speed. Like I said, when Carl Hagelin is the best player on your team, night in and night out, youre in major trouble.

The lack of talent falls directly on Sather and I believe this team would be better off missing the playoffs then crawling in the last week of the season and then getting whacked out in the 1st round.

Torts? Perhaps it's time for a change behind the bench because the team looks devoid of any emotion!
 
Ok so we lack low end depth, discipline and creativity. We could see that coming a mile off.

The high end skill level is a problem because Richards is done, Gaborik is what he is and Nash injured.

But what on earth has happened to our toughness? I know Asham is injured but why is no one else getting gritty? Mashinter? Has Bickel been neutered by Torts now? Prust and Dubinsky would not have left this team flatlining especially after that 3rd goal.

Last year he got every ounce out of this team, now he suddenly can't coach.

It's the ****ing talent, or lack there of, not playing well. Our D has been balls all year, Girardi and Delzaster have played like a bottom pair.

My opinion is that if Sather is going to continue with Torts, the Rangers should trade Gabs and bring in some decent players to play in the system.

Or

Fire Torts, and bring in a coach who can create a more explosive offensive system

One or the other imo.
