They are 12-4-1 since firing Babcock. Just doing small things like not playing Cody Ceci on your top pairing can do wonders for a team.
They're still giving up a lot of goals. The D is still pretty porous. Generally, high scoring teams who can't keep the puck out of their own net in the regular season don't bode well in the playoffs when other teams clamp down.

They just gave up 5 to NYR, gave up 4 to the Devils yesterday, 6 to the Hurricanes on Monday.

You can't depend on trading goals and playing pond hockey in the playoffs. They haven't won a round in like 5 years, I don't see how they've improved on their flaws the last few years.

12-4-1 since Sheldon Keefe is the coach, out shooting and out possessing the opponent almost every game despite having multiple injuries, but I guess it’s just a good run right?:help:
Why are you here?

Sam won't peaked yet until he calls a too many men penalty when the whole bench jumps on the ice to celebrate.

I'd want them to extend his contract just for that.

On a related note: Given the diaspora of our fan base as well as the fact that many are cord cutters, I'm willing to wager that more than half the people shitting on Sam are watching Ranger games from non-MSG feeds

I thought Kreider had a really good game. He made a couple of very nice defensive plays and helped drive play all night. That being said, I couldn't vote him above Strome, Georgiev, and Panarin.

I haven't felt the same since I cut my core. Everything feels different.

I watch through the app, and the MSG feed is always an option.

When you were vacationing with your family in Prague, did Sam's miscalls bother you when you were watching the games on a ported feed of the away team that were dubbed over in Swahili?
It was weird watching with Swahili announcers, I'll tell you that

One of the rinks I play at has dressing rooms on a lower level and you either have to walk up the stairs or take an elevator to get to the ice surface. Walking up/down stairs in skates isn't difficult at all though lol
Just seems like something better avoided, even though it might not be difficult

Man you guys are rough on Sam. He had a bad night, it happens. He’s closer to the end then the beginning, we all know that and I assure you he does.

The day Sam hangs em up, I’ll shed a tear. The guy’s voice has been in my living room since my earliest memories, and he’s been here for multiple generations of Rangers - have a little respect.
