DeAngelo and Fox are my favorite players in the whole league and I like them a lot better than Trouba, but let’s be honest. If they had to go up against the level of competition Trouba is usually up against, I doubt they would do any better.

Which technically would be good imo, because I want Byfield. So maybe I’m ok with trading Trouba.

Defense was very solid that period, gave up a lot of shots but Georgiev had a pretty good look at all of them and most were kept to the outside.

Last year, the flu took gym rats in the prime of their life. 28 yr olds who work out were taken in 3 days time. Everyone suffers from insufficiencies. We are not getting the nutrients that we need to protect us. They are no longer in the food supply. At least not in the optimal amounts we need. Half the population is short on vitamin d, magnesium, and others. These are critical nutrients.

Depends on what you eat though. Pro athletes shouldn't get the flu all the time because they're in their best years, they're fit and usually eating good food. Even if my whole family is in bed for days I'm still not getting the flu.

McKegg went in because Trouba was gonna reverse it. If he didn't whiff, the play would've been fine.

He should have taken a hit for the team.

I am guessing his teammates and coaches fell the same way about him not taking one for the team.
