. It’s a ridiculous statement. Players have colds streaks. Right now Mika is on a long cold streak but I don’t think it’s because of not showing up. So yeah is a bull**** accusation that’s hold no water
Kreider’s are different. He stops skating. He looks disinterested. He has hands of stone.

I have no clue what they're doing. Even if you have the flu you can still try to support your goalie at least a little bit or try not to turn over pucks in your own zone all the time.

A cold isn't that bad...have one almost all the time. Haven't had the flu in over 10 years though. Don't even remember how it feels so it must have been way more than those 10 years...probably in early childhood. Yet still, Lundqvist gets the flu several times this season alone. Curious...I'm fit, too but far from a pro athlete...
Last year, the flu took gym rats in the prime of their life. 28 yr olds who work out were taken in 3 days time. Everyone suffers from insufficiencies. We are not getting the nutrients that we need to protect us. They are no longer in the food supply. At least not in the optimal amounts we need. Half the population is short on vitamin d, magnesium, and others. These are critical nutrients.

And as you age, you produce less endogenous antioxidants, CoQ10, ALA, Glutathione, etc...

That critique I’ve made of Trouba before, along the boards he often glides slowly to the puck and turns his head or stops completely, giving the other player time to get to the puck
