I am still worried about Al. Remember Al Trautwig? Anyone know anything?I'm worried about Pidto.

disagreeMaybe not windfall, but he is our most valuable trade chip right now so he's going to fetch a solid return. He should net us a 1st and a prospect...or a pretty solid roster player and a pick. Would be a terrible result if he got hurt and couldn't be traded. This is probably the last trade deadline we are sellers, or at least are selling more than we are buying, for quite a while
.
That and “after 22 years ... RAYMOND BOURQUE!” are probably my all-time favorite calls in hockey.
He scored 28 goals last year, is on pace for 25 this year. He has tremendous speed and is great in front of the net especially on PP. Those guys don't grow on trees. This team will sorely miss him even if he is invisible some games.
So, who starts Sunday against Columbus?
How does Anson have an analyst job?
agreed. On and off the ice. It’s not like we are dead last. Gorton pretty much accelerated the rebuild by signing Panarin and Trouba to massive contractsLet's keep in mind as well that this 6-7 week stretch of Kreider's has been probably as good a stretch of hockey as he's had in his entire career. So yeah, it's very vexing as to want to let him go or hopefully resign him at a reasonable contract seeing he's the only player on our team who does what he does. He's going to be sorely missed if we deal him and I for one hope that Gorton and Kreider figure out a way to stay here.
And his reaction to the GWG was awesome.LOL no.
You could split his season in half, and he has 16 points in his last 23 games. Or 14 points in his first 22. Sooo.
People like Kreider because he's a cool bro.
So glad the Islanders decided to have this game at Nassau instead of Barclays. I think it would have been a different outcome had the Rangers played at Barclays.
My favorite chant was......"can you hear us now"?Remember the lame ass " we want Rangers" chants?
Pepperidge Farm remembers
I have been trying desperately to come up with a name for Kreids goal, scoring face. Yes, we all know what that looks like. Its hysterical.......maybe Neanderthal covers it.Doesn't surprise me one bit. Neanderthals.
He still does too much cliched insighting to me.This is what's on your mind right now? Poor.
To answer your question, Anson has improved a great deal. His insight isn't Valiquette-caliber, but he has good energy and I like his attitude.

Think you gotta go back to Geo next game.
My memory could be deceiving me but hank had never been particularly good against ColumbusWhereas we have class? My mailman at work is a diehard Rangers fan as well. He said, he refrained from giving a rival best friend a "razzing" based on last game.....he said he will wait till we win tonight, this way regardless of next game he will have the last laugh.
Great game. Somehow I had this confidence we would pull it out despite them knotting the game up. Didnt think we would get a PP chance though. Officiating was so inconsistent, thought they would get another one if anything.
Agree with Vally about rotation. Have to play Georgie against Islanders "again", BUT, I think Hank will play against Columbus. Experience. Would be a MAJOR slap at Hank as to where these decisions are going towards.....for the sake of the team "If" he indeed is odd man out.
Kaapo is pissing me off. When will he get so pissed off at himself and FINALLY have a shoot first and ask questions later mentality. I didnt actually "see" that it was him that didnt take that shot, but KNEW it was......surely enough.

Love Henrik to death but I'm not trading Georgiev. End of conversation. Henrik can be inactive, get paid, not get paid, have a parade, all of the above. We'll have a decade to celebrate Henrik, and during this decade, Georgiev and Shesterkin are the solution, together.
I agree starting Shesterkin Sunday. As Valiquette said, Shesterkin Sunday and Georgiev Tuesday (against the Isles, again).
