Rangers have lost 6 out of their last 7 games. What would you do if you were Dolan (the owner of the team) or Drury (the GM)?

They need to give the keys of the franchise to Laf. Make him the captain, and give him legit power play time.
Maybe a closed door meeting just players/coaches/drury.
Say what you want but keep it inside for once.
I don't think the Rangers outside their rights or even really morally wrong in the Trouba thing but I do think Drury handled it very poorly and I think he should step up and have a conversation with the players instead of all their dirty laundry being constantly aired in the media.

They will trade for Brady Tkachuk. The Rangers are shopping for a high impact player. Like how Mark Stone made Vegas that much better when they got him.

Really though I don't know the ins & outs of what the Rangers are going through but when you fire a GM who other than this one season has run a successful team you're really rolling the dice on whether or not the next guy will actually be better. Start with the coach first.
