I really hope Price is in so they dont have any excuses
Its amazing how much complaining I am hearing
Like that will matter. They will just say that Price wasn't 100%.

We're 3 wins away from our first stanley cup finals in 20 years, whether or not they have excuses means absolutely nothing to me.![]()

TSN calling Montreal fans and players out about the Kreider/Price hit.
the most important thing accomplished yesterday was the confidence of winning a game in the bell centre. the whole scenario of Lundqvist and the rangers inability to win there was a concern for me, and i'm sure the Canadians were hoping this would continue to be a factor in this series.
we handed them their ass on home ice yesterday, and if nothing else should help then focus on just winning the series....
It's already been said multiple times, but all this huff and puff is a distraction from the abortion of a game they played.
The Rangers have done a good job of playing hard whistle to whistle and ignoring the shenanigans and it has infuriated their opponents. Kreider irritates people because he's big and fast and they can't contain him no matter what they try.
So much getting blown up about this. It was not intentional whatsoever. Montreal fans calling for his head blah blah blah. Let them, and then just skate away. This series would be over especially fast if they resort to antics like that. Not to mention they have noone on that team that Kreider needs to worry about. Its comical.
Exactly.
In fact, it'd be great if all 20 Habs came down with the flu tonight and we had to play their farm team in game 2.
Mike Milbury's advice to Montreal regarding the Carey Price injury? -- "Beat the tar out of Chris Kreider or take a run at Lundqvist"

They actually have two real fighters, Prust and Parros. They would destroy Kreider, who knows nothing about fighting.

4 game win streak. Hank on top of his game. Contributions from all lines. McD back in form. Nash scoring. Tons of momentum.
And yet, I see us coming back to MSG 1-1. Prove me wrong, boys. Prove me wrong. Please.
I think the "2-0" curse ends here.
This is a totally different team than the one that lost both game 2s to Philly and Pitts. They're engaged, battle ready, and have a strong killer instinct. They haven't Rongo'ed once since game 4.
I think they win this one.
All Kreider has to do is out-Prust Prust. Wrestle, grapple and avoid being hit. That's exactly how Prust survives many of his fights.parros wont play and if he does that a huge bonus for us. kreider if he was jumped by prust would just have to make it a wrestling match and prevent prust from throwing punches. kreider doesnt have to win a fight to play his game on the edge.
