I sometimes wonder if Buch's elevator goes all the way to the top floor.

So, with 6.9 sec left, scramble....puck goes behind net.....buch gets it......time winding down, and he so "eloquently" winds it around the boards.

In fairness, he did take a reasonable amount of shifts at LW prior to the NHL. Ditto for Kravtsov in the KHL.

The US has shut down all inbound flights from Europe for a month. The NBA just suspended games. Anything is possible at this point. Tom Hanks has the virus.

My point is don’t be so sure.
 
If they suspend for say a month, what do they do when they come back, straight to playoffs?

If they suspend for a month then finish the season and then have the playoffs the playoffs will end in July.

There’s no good answer to this issue unfortunately

Pushing back games a month or two causes all sorts of logistical problems.

Scheduling, travel, it gives me anxiety just thinking about it
 
We just need to keep this injury riddled Avs team at bay for another period before we take over in the 3rd as we are apt to do considering we are the best 3rd period team in the league.

A goal here on the PP to begin the 2nd would work quite well towards this narrative...lol
 
Dreger is apparently saying that the NHL might cancel the rest of the regular season and resume for the playoffs

So the Rangers would be out in that case

Then play 22 games in 30 days every months. Then the NHL wont send players to the olympics because it impacts the schedule too much.
 
Assuming it even gets better by then, playoffs in the summer months also messes with contract terms. Anything is possible here.

Really hard to get into this game with this black cloud hanging over us

Plus watching Georgiev swim out there gives me even more anxiety. He’s going to get lit in this game. We all know it.
