Good luck guys; I'm on your bandwagon for this run as I live in DC and I'd like to see Erat in action (is possibly my favorite player in the NHL, super nice guy). Currently contemplating grabbing a ticket at the last minute today for tonight's game; there's a good number for ~$50 on StubHub currently. I went to the season opener this year, but have yet to hit the VC for a playoff game.

Nah I am good. Truely blessed actually. Yes The Boss leaves me alone for the most part during games, so I can't complain. That, and I yell "GGGGOOOAAAALLLL!" whenever the Caps score and my daughters run in when they hear it and high five me and dance around the room, if they are awake. Good times.

Ticket prices have dropped a good amount since I bought them.

Stubhub has got the nosebleeds for 50-70 still.

Just bought a ticket for the Upper Mezz, Section 407. Nosebleeds, but I don't care; live playoff hockey is the best sporting event period. After the NYR / WSH series last year, I'm expecting good things.

And prices have been dropping since yesterday morning and will likely continue to do so until puck drop. I'm flying solo though, and not a lot of people let you buy individual tickets, so I just pounced early.

Not sure if you're referring to it specifically, but assuming you're not, Dale's Pale Ale is a very good canned beer. And it's pretty widely available.
