I am enjoying Drury's "here for a good time, not a long time" approach.
The odds are it won't be successful, but it's entertaining!

A 3rd in 25? Lmao, who the f*** cares.
WELCOME TO BROADWAY KANE!!!!!
I didn’t say it was a bad trade……quite the contrary. they were both great adds especially at what it costWhy? I still trade a first and spare parts for Tarasenko AND Mikkola 10 out of 10 times. Look what rentals are going for throughout the league. We got more bang for our buck than anyone.
its a 2025 3rd...isn't that comparable to a 2023 5th?Maybe the Rangers got a 4th from Arizona for the 3rd and retaining $172K.
Didnu mean to quote me?The price for retention is not a 3rd.

where did you hear this?Maybe the Rangers got a 4th from Arizona for the 3rd and retaining $172K.
Yeah Laf ,Kakko, Krav & Andersson have won us many cups I forgot
The 4th is.ugh, all these draft picks are 2023??
I'd rather move the picks later than the ones now if you're going to move them at all.
There are plenty of guys on the roster now who are going to be moved along the way to recoup some (if not most) of whats been lost. Drury basically restocked his picks from what he used at the deadline last year (minus the 1st that triggered for Copp) with the Georgiev trade. As much as people don't want to hear it, Lindgren isn't going to be here beyond next season at the very latest. The Likes of Kreider and Trouba probably don't finish out their contracts here either.
The 4th was reported as a 2023, but we traded our 4th this year to Vancouver last year for Motte (the first Motte deal). So unless there's some other 4th that the NYR own that we don't know about, it has to be in 2024 or 2025.The 4th is.
The 2nd would be unless it becomes a 1st.
The 3rd is 2025
How many have trading for aging veterans won us in the last two decades?
Yes...we're getting Tanner Jeannot!ugh, all these draft picks are 2023??
