Exotic sighting, and one of the biggest in years: a Ferrari 812 Superfast. I am one of those not rich guys that live in a rich town, but this was shocking and for a guy like me, very special.

I was so distracted that I stalled my manual car on a hill and people were honking at me because Massachusetts.

IT WAS AN 812 SUPERFAST YOU f***ING WANKERS LET ME ENJOY IT

I would have cranked out a wheelie in it's honor.

I had to Google it because I had no clue what it looked like , pretty sharp , like a California, was the California a 512?

They're both front-mid engine mounts but the California had a V8 while the 812 has a V12.

The 812 is a lot more expensive; used Superfasts for a few hundred thousand and new 812 GTS's are in the $600,000 range.

Not sure what happened lastnight. Went to bed early and all was good. Woke up around 5 for a sip of gatorade and drooled it all in my bed. My mouth was completely numb. Went to the bathroom and the right side of my upper lip was swollen like a bee had stung it! So 5am I'm outside googling things and thinking f***! Try going to sleep after that.

Thankfully today the swelling is going down and I can wrap my lips around a beer. Only cause I can think of is the pistachios I ate, but I eat them often.

Anyways I'm alive 😊

Spider seems unlikely here but who knows. Im just glad it wasn't a stroke or something

Anywho, tomorrow is a holiday here and then back to truck business on Tuesday. I didn't buy a tip today...duhh... but hopefully I can find something after

Looks like this week will be a Shelby week! No rain in the forecast!
Slow start to the season thus far, just a little under 500 miles since I took her out a few weeks ago.

Will be getting a fresh wax on Saturday along with fresh oil and a new racing filter

who here actually uses their sunroof often? I swear to god in MN it's always too hot or too cold for it or raining outside of maybe a dozen days a year.
Today it was great except for all the goddamn tree seeds that kept raining down in my car whilst driving around st. paul so i shut it :(

point is, it's something I ostensibly consider a feature and chose to get extra (if it were an option) on every car i've bought but i find i rarely use, yet when shopping around idly on the "build your____" configurators i always look for it.

Anyone have any other feature like that they always get but rarely use?

I have a sunroof for the S4, use it frequently, have a droptop Shelby and drop the top frequently.

maybe i subconsciously just prefer feeling closed-in. I have never really seriously considered convertibles either come to think of it. No idea why i look for sunroofs though. I have the shade pulled on the sunroof most of the time too. Doesn't explain why i look for it as a positive though.

First thing I do on a sunny day when my car has been sitting out in a parking lot is either open the sunroof or put the top down. Quickest way to cool things down.

Well i have passenger seat warmers if that counts😂

Rear ashtrays, cup holders, aux ports, stereo and climate control never used.

Thanks for reminding me about my life ya jerk 😝

Ps my exhaust work was fine today, other than being quieter than the last setup. Oh well

When you ask her to pick up some more protein bars and she comes home with gluten free plant based bars with the calories of a granola bar 😐 "Oh i thought it would be healthier"

I like quiet, I wear foam earplugs inside my helmet. At work too, but my work ones are on a string so I dont lose them.

Fresh oil.
New racing filter.
Fresh coat of wax.
Also had to get fresh brake fluid, was looking a bit too dark.

Here ya go Tbar , this is a Ferrari paint chip ,my 93 ducati 900SL ( super light) 1 of 200 with next to zero miles ,bought brand new. When Fiat owned Ferrari, who owned cagiva ,who owned Ducati when bikes were sexy . it's as close to a Ferrari as I'll ever get. Not sure but I think it's a 70s Daytona color , not many yellow Ferrari.

They knew how to make bikes look good through the 70's to early 90's... today's bikes look bland by comparison, unless you can get one with a retro look.

A friend of mine got a GP 60th anniversary edition from Yamaha last year, badass retro look!

Can't tell me that retro block chain look isn't hot!

A look transported straight from the mid-70's...

Giallo Modena is a color I've seen on occasion, particularly on the 360 (Giallo means "yellow" in Italian) but it is uncommon. Few cars draw more police attention than a yellow Ferrari lol. This is not Giallo Modena, as you suspected.

I had a co-worker with an old Ducati bike. He wouldn't let anyone else anywhere near the thing.

I'm brand loyal to yamaha and your description of the graphics was damn close to what they are called " speed blocks" classic yamaha design. I currently have 4 yamaha. I've never owned a suzuki but I'd love a first gen GSXR. sexy bikes.
Your buddy's bike is sweet , that 70s model you posted is a 2 stroke , king Kenny's 0W20 , a un rideable death machine. Way over powered for those tires, only absolute pros could tame that beast.
