Not that I give a shit about trading a minors reliever but why is this team thinking "we need Jalen Beeks" at the deadline :laugh:

No clue why they'd DFA Fleming just to trade for Beeks, they're basically the same pitcher.
Because Cherington drafted him in BOS and we can't have anyone on the team that wasn't with him or Shelton at some point

That inning was a good example of why somebody should give up something decent for Chapman. He shattered the bat of one of the best hitters in baseball and then totally embarrassed a couple guys who had no prayer against his fastball.

If you would have told me which was less likely:

Taylor hitting a clutch 3 run homer or making two completely inconsequential (to this season) trades im not sure which i would have picked.
