Budaj's back baby! Yes! I am happy.

You guys think there's a chance he starts a game any time soon?

He's been tearing up the AHL something silly.

Depends on length of Quick's absence. Unless Enroth lets a few more in tonight I could easily see him getting the start tomorrow night.

I don't expect Enroth to screw the pooch. I hope he doesn't... But I don't know that he will be majestic either. If its backups for more then the next... 5? games, I bet we will see him get at least one.

I think this joke is over my head.
Why do you have grover 2011 and a picture of Animal?

That's the joke. The quote doesn't match the photo which doesn't match the attribution. You've probably seen people do that with other quotes.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Budaj get a start tomorrow just to see what's in there after how he's been doing for the Reign.

Hm, it seems that NHL is not AHL...

He played absolutely fine.

Can't say those goals were on him.

The one bounces of Cavs and falls in. The other is a blown tire by McNabb which leaves Stalberg wide open for a weak side cross ice one timer.

Just looking at the box score is deceiving. Buds was fine.

I thought he had a solid-if-unspectacular game and looked more comfortable as it went on. I'm sure getting re-used to the pace and crispness of play is a challenge.

A lot that can't be placed squarely on him... Not sure which one, but the 5 hole one... Definitely on him.

A win is a win. This was fine for his first NHL game in like forever and he'll do better next time.

Certainly could have been worse. Not ready to put either of them down yet... Little sloppy from Budaj and I almost question Enroth... But neither are bad. Just not as good as Jones, or as luckey as Scrivens... So I hope Quick isn't out for long.

Really hoping to see Quick back for this Tuesday against the Caps
