I would disagree with almost everything you posted here. They won because Canada couldn't be disciplined, their goaltender was horrendous, their coaching was brutal but that's what makes teams better than others. Finland was the better team and earned the win.

Canada/the media really needs to stop taking this tournament so seriously.

It's some of the most exciting hockey of the year - it should be a fun tournament that showcases the best youth of every nation - not a "do or die" situation.

As a Canadian im just hoping for exciting games more than Canada winning. This one certainly delivered, I'll be excited as hell to watch Finland and Sweden clash!

Fins were the better team, for sure. We had a suspect defense, below average goaltending and a ok forward group.

On a side note, can't wait to pair Laine with Marner on the leaf PP

Yeah MM scored two huge goals and then threw it away at the end. His goals were nice but all for not after a moronic penalty.

Man, usually Canada get alot of praise on swedish television but the commentators have been ripping into this Team Canada hard to tonight. They're seriously mad even though they aren't even rooting for them. But it's evident that they had no heart, they were arrogant and undisciplined. Virtanen is quickly becoming a big dislike for me, his answer in an interview where he said that he was used to NHL professionalism and totally deflected everything about his poor performance was unbelievably immature.

Kind of impressive just how terrible Virtanen and Blackwood were. It's almost like they tried to be terrible and succeeded. Amazingly awful play from those guys. Thankfully for them the tournament doesn't mean much in the scheme of things, because hey didn't even look like real prospects today.

Its amazing how a coach keeps using players who actually cost you the game.

This is all on Lowry and inability to control his team.

Virtanen pretty much rewarded by being an idiot. Kept getting ice time
