Ah yes, a 2 minute penalty that should have been a major penalty, and a high stick that drew blood. It never matters how many minutes are already given, as it has no relevance to future penalties. Refs have not called everything on both sides but recently US has gotten more leeway.

I think they just have never officiated anything. First they ignored finnish Tanus headshot and now missed 3 USA penalties and give one 2 minutes for what should have been a 5+20.
