Also, went through Sweden and they clearly know how to develop talent better than us.

If the Oil could trade for one guy.. it'd be him for me. He'd be in our Top 6 with some combo of Drai, RNH and McD for a very reasonable contract.

Cracking Washington's lineup is tough! I think he was top 3 in goals last year and 2nd this year.. pretty good company to keep!

Agreed.. but we need a consistent place for our 16 to 18 year olds to go and play against each other. Extraliga is not good for our young kids.. they just sit on benches and hand water bottles.lol If you are under 20 and have potential I want you playing 18 minutes a night or 20 if you're D. Sadly, that's why they all leave.

Is it killing your pro league though? A number of those kids are still going to be coming back to play domestic once they're too old.

How are you gonna prepare junior players to play in your men team, when the junior league is simply too weak? That's my point. Having a competetive junior league is important

Fully agree... trim that down. I don't think we need more than 8.

I remember years ago they made the rule that every extraliga team has to play a few under agers. I think it should be the exact opposite!

You can ONLY play a kid under 20 if he gets 15 minutes as a forward and 16 as a Dman. Fines if they don't. Push them all into the same league so they're playing against each other as teenagers. Let the best riseup! Then you have them algother when doing U18 and U20 as well.

Finding guys to play 8 minutes a night in the Extraliga shouldn't be that hard.
