they've broken down a few times .. we just haven't taken advantage .. they are doing very well for the most part thoughThe Czechs don't miss their assignments in their own zone.

Big hit by Holloway
lets hope that happens .. I don't want a late 2-1 scoreKrebs has really emerged. I'd say he's been Canada's best forward other than Cozens.
I can't see this game staying 2-0. If Canada scores next then I imagine the Czechs fold. If the Czechs score then we could be in for a good one.
Proud of the way Czechs have played here. Can’t ask for anything more. Never expected a win but wanted a hard fought battle. We sure have that.
There is a big gap between the pairs. Drysdale and Byram are head and shoulders above the other pairs. No one on the Canadian defense can get a shot through other than Byram and Drysdale.
Uh, how do you think he looked during his 2 games in Wisconsin this season? Not sure if it's coaching or whatever, but he's looking far better than he normally looks at Wisconsin.
This game looks more like Canada looking for an opportunity to open up. They need to make their opportunities. I'm sure they're being told that and are aware, but time to up the pace appreciably. They can do it.

He played 2 games for Wisconsin. And other than he & Caufield there isn't a lot there. Not sure if it's coaching or whatever, but he's looking far better than he normally looks at Wisconsin.
Can you give me an example where they do that to a Russian player? They were doing that to Stutzle as well, and while he's good, there are plenty of Russian players of at least his skill level imo. He wasn't able to even deke out Russian defencemen, who aren't even considered that good.
The pace is higher here.. He's played well .. no complaints .. he's playing they way we need him to playHe looked really good in the first 2 games for Wisconsin this year.
I think it’s a case of a guy who just takes a big jump from one year to the next. He seems like a very high ceiling type of player, you can see why coaches like him so much.
He competes hard all over the ice below the dots at both ends. Doesn’t have elite hands or stick handling but he’s an excellent skater and does so many other noticeable things right for a team. I love the effort he plays with each shift.

Ryan Suzuki. I think Canada would look pretty dangerous with Nick on the roster.Canada is just playing with their B game, does not look energetic. They should play with 8 defenders so that there is more available energy for the defender to join the play. Perhaps the defender can ignite the forwards as they are not very energetic.
Worst forwards for TC are J. Quinn and N. Suziki.
Devil MusicEnough with this Bieber/Mendes crap. Gimme some Thunderstruck!
No chance in hell Canada loses this lolA huge break for the Czech team, i.e. Canada not scoring in the 2nd after a total domination. A remote chance for an upset in the 3rd now?
Idk, i think they are okay playing the third the way they played the second. The Czech didn't really get any opportunities that period, just lots of icings.
Sure .. Makar would be pretty good tooRyan Suzuki. I think Canada would look pretty dangerous with Nick on the roster.

I know what you're up to...Czech are going home. There is no way they can change how this game flows.
