give him confidence and a role on the team to contribute and not just 5,6 minutes a game and he'll pay dividends. When he disappears, we'll know. When he's playing well, we'll know. He's that type of player who can use his strength well if he's in the right mind set. It's so important to have him integrate himself into the core of this team's grind and secondary scoring. He needed a new start going away from Vancouver, took his time in Phoenix and now he's back to himself and hockey. Love the guy.
