Solid game. Bussi will continue to improve the more he plays and trains with goalie Bob.

Wasn't a fan of TJ before this game but he played well.

Our 4th line was actually fun to watch

Johnson showing why he is still here and Lysell isn't. Kastelic is going to be a joy to watch, add Jones to that line and it will be the most fun line the Bruins have had since the Merlot line. D is going to be so good. Koepke has had a good camp as well but not sure where he fits in, they won't sit Geekie. Brazeau and Johnson have outplayed him. Nice AHL depth.

They still need Swayman

This game basically went as it should. NHL'ers looked like NHL'ers.

Zadorov looked infinitely more comfortable than he did in his first game. All kinds of range. McAvoy doesn't know how to turn off the compete, and I love that. Lindholm looks more like 22/23 version of himself with the way he's moving IMO.

Johnson came up with a big PP goal in the 3rd. Not sure I see anything beyond what JVR was last season. He can still play. Doesn't move the needle. I'd argue development of Lysell/Poitras/Merkulov is more important, but that's just me. Need to break these guys in.

Bussi looked much more comfortable tonight. Good angles - lone goal came on kind of a fluke rebound that landed dead at his feet.

The Bruins aren't giving up a lot shots. The one goal Bussi allowed was off a rebound, and against two high-skill players.

As Brick mentioned, rotating E. Lindholm and Johnson in the bumper on the PP is effective, and definitely helps Johnson's quest for a contract.

Michkov is dangerous offensively, but not that noticeable otherwise. Will be interesting seeing how that goes with Torts.

Liked seeing the Flyers play Hathaway and Drysdale at the same time.
