National (By Team) Tournament:

Tier 1:
Canada
United States
Sweden
Russia
Finland

Tier 2:
Czech Republic
Slovakia
Switzerland
Germany
Latvia

Tier 3:
Denmark
Norway
Austria
Belarus
Ukraine

The way this is going to work, is we're going to have 15 players, three divisions and five players in each division with three games. The top four players getting byes into the playoffs. Then on-words seeing 5 vs 12, 6 vs 11, 7 vs 10, 8 vs 9 with the bottom three teams with the worst record not eligible for playoffs.

To begin, with the Round Robin, pick three teams, one from each Tier. You cannot use two from one Division, and once you've used a Team (have to use one of the big boys in the Tier 1), you CANNOT use them again for the ENTIRE DURATION of the tournament.

I'll have the Divisions out tomorrow and games can be played then.

Congrats to you guys on the tourney Leafs/JClaus, another solid showing.

Im signing up for the international tournament!

Tier 1: Russia
Tier 2: Switzerland
Tier 3: Denmark

Now don't everyone go and pick the same teams!

Played finals vs Coco:

JClaus(HC Lugano) 3-2ot win vs Leafsfan(HC Lugano)

Pretty good game all in all, felt like I could've had the win before OT, thought I missed a lot of chances, but you definitely had some of your own that could've gone in. As always, thanks to JCF for hosting, and letting me play, and it's always a lot of fun, I'll announce my National Teams soon. Good game!

P.s. I didn't know if this was a thing or not, but he picked his team and readied up, then as soon as I chose my team he backed out of his team and used the same one as me. If that's ok, then fine no complaints, I just found it strange that it went down that way.

I actually planned on using Lugano i just forgot the name of the team I just memorized the raitings, so as soon as I saw it was the wrong team I backed out.

Sorry about the confusion. Was an accident, and it was the reason I didnt use Lugano earlier in the tournment or else I would have

Anyways you deserved the W, I dont know how I survived 10 mins in OT.

Was tempted to use Team Marcel Goc, but I'll go with the Danes

Are the rosters from the 2014 Olympics or 2010?
I'll submit my teams after work tonight. Figure probably around 1 or 2 am EST.

Germany is supposed to be in Tier 2 and Ukraine in their place in Tier 3. JCF will confirm tomorrow.

Yeah, my bad. I didn't see Germany in Tier 2 originally when I posted it. It's now still in Tier 2, but Ukraine replaces it in the 3rd Tier.
