Panarin is just such a dynamic player--he's a game breaker and I'm damned glad we signed him.

Buchnevich looked strong on the puck today. That's been a weakness in his game but he didn't look weak tonight at all.

Lemieux looks quite a bit quicker this year--he wasn't laboring like at the end of shifts last year.

Kravtsov's best game. Kakko is seriously good.

We were a bit slow coming out of the gate but the second half of the first period we picked it up a lot. The 2nd period was the Rangers best period of the preseason. The Rangers back pressure was pretty good in this one and that helps the D a lot. Henrik and Alex both played very well.

Buchnevich was fantastic this game. He needs to keep moving his feet, good things happen. Such a good passer and already we saw his chemistry w Panarin. He probably looks up to him a bit and as a fellow countryman turned NHL star gives him a little extra oomph every practice/game. Hope he hits 50+ pts this season, even if 40 of them are assists.

This kids got talent. People forget he was a late 1st rounder. He's going to be a 20-20 guy someday.
