Hayes has made a lot of bad decisions in this game.

Pretty typical of him. Hangs onto the puck perhaps a bit too long, some fancy skating and moves, then just either loses it or drops it with a bad pass

He just missed on a stretch pass by an inch a few minutes ago. Staal would have iced an attempt like that by like 20 feet.

But yeah his play with the puck on his stick has been underwhelming.

Yeah Chytil can certainly keep up with these guys. Let’s see how he plays over the ending of preseason and 9 games. He doesn’t seem 18 years old at all
