So, later we’ll be criticizing whether or not Lias looks like a top six player at 20 y/o, but who else saw him be the lone man back, covering the Flyer standing at the top of Shesty’s crease while neither of our dmen were anywhere to be found and breaking up the play? Also noticeable hustle right out of the gate. Kid has Ryan O’Reilly trajectory (not saying ceiling) written all over him and I’m gonna be very disappointed if we give up on him too early.

I see what Kravtsov was trying to do there, and I don’t mind it one bit. Probably should have beeen a penalty.

Sorry for the late Voodoo. Long day.

Lias getting pucks on net then coming back down low and lifting the stick in the slot after Robertson blew a tire.

That’s an example of how smart fox is there holding onto the puck with patience and even though he didn’t get to the redline dumping it in Softly enough so no icing

I would imagine that the organization has more patience than the people on these boards. I wouldn't worry.

Andersson with the big break up in front of the net. So many little things this kid does better than 90% of our forwards go unnoticed. He’s not flashy and he’s not gonna put up big offensive numbers right away. Maybe ever. Maybe he’s a 45 point third line ace. Either way, he’s very possibly our most defensively aware forward already. I know it’s a very select handful, but I hate the impatience and sense that he’s going to be a whipping boy around here.
