They said he trained in NY all summer and added 10 lbs. of muscle and cut his body fat 2%. If that's true and he's now playing at over 190, that's okay for a guy his height.

I never would've guessed that it a million years.
He does look good but also looks like he has a hard time whenever there's any real physical pressure put on him.

Yeah, a good performance by DeAngelo. Miller has been decent as center too the little I`ve seen which is not much.

So my question is what kind of performance have we seen by Lias this night are you happy about him? :)

20 min. of hockey though. ;)

Way too soon for me to make a call on the kid. I saw some nice things but I need to see him play a lot more.

That song ended 80s hard rock/metal.

Not no no. It opened fr other more extreme types of metal. Possible to like em all.
Best,
40 YO metalhead who played and toured with thrash metal bands for 10 + years

And he was 9th in ES TOI which is the problem

7th per game, which is still bad. Honestly, Nash's TOI splits last season just look weird. Probably had to do with the injuries and stuff, but yeah, he needs to be only playing 5v5 and on the PK

I like Pionk but he needs to get stronger needs a little seasoning but very talented. Not as good as de Angelo

Nah....it only opened the door for nihilistic grunge garbage. Extreme metal did continue to evolve...but was already here by the early to mid 80s...

In the US yes. In EU (more presicely Scandinavia) all kinds of good stuff emerged :)
As MTV lost, quality prevailed

Nash is good at the front of the net. I feel his pp production is more a reflection on his role. Can think of many goals scored with Nash screening the goalie, but his game at even is much more reliant driving the net with speed and generating off the rush, not standing still trying to tip and screen. Doesn't mean he's ineffective there tho.

Nash was 5th last year in PP TOI. I mean he was behind Pirri in PP TOI last season. I can see Miller, Mika, Buch, and Hayes all being ahead of him, with Kreider and Zucc getting the most TOI, as they should.

I always laughed last season when some people would demand Pirri has to be on the power play when Pirri was already playing as much as almost anyone on the PP.

I agree with you there. The Black metal scene in Norway really took off in the 90s.

BTW...I've always had a soft spot for Candlemass. They started in '85 I believe. Probably my fav Swedish band besides Abba. :P

like the way ADA and Pionk have looked...would like it even better if we weren't 0 for 80 on the pp lol

Impossible to make any calls based on this game, the amount of penalties are terrible.
I have liked DeAngelo so far, that's about it
