Can only really comment on Montreal guys as far as actual play is concerned:
Demidov is killing it in the KHL and looks like he's going to be ready to step in and contribute right away.
Fowler is his usual self in the NCAA, should sign after this year and then take over the AHL next.
Hage is doing great at Michigan without much help coming from anywhere. Should be another year in college and then maybe some adjusting in the A.
Beck is adjusting great to the AHL but he will need some more time to get confidence in his offense at the NHL level. Will probably start out next season centering our 3rd or 4th line.
Kapanen is killing it in the SHL, should be a bottom 6er for Montreal as well.
Otherwise not much to write home about. Engstrom is having a good first AHL year but will probably need some more time.

Oilers 2020 5th rounder Maxim Beryozkin is having a great season for Yaroslavl in the KHL- 33 points in 48 games, 2nd on his team. He's a 6'4 212 lbs winger who skates like the wind, both things Edmonton could desperately use on a cheap contract in their top nine starting next season.

For the Sens its Blake Montgomery (4th round pick, 117th overall in 2024 draft). 6'4, 190lbs winger who started the year in the USHL playing at a PPG pace through 10 games then moved to the OHL with the London Knights where he's had 38 pts in 29 games (19G, 19A) since joining them.

Walton was actually a 6th round pick, not a 2nd. Agreed though its incredibly impressive for someone drafted that late. And to boot he's 6'6 212lbs. Jets got a steal there.

Even more impressive is that he started with just 3a in his first 7 games, so he's put up 19g 16a for 35pts in his last 22 games.

Maybe not fantastic, but Kirill Kudryatsev (2022, 7th round) and Elias Pettersson (2022, 3rd round) have both been great in the AHL this year and could be in the NHL as soon as next year. Pettersson played his first game last night and looked solid (albeit in only 10 minutes).
Definitely surprising as Kudryatsev was somewhat expected to be sent back to the OHL this year, instead he leads Abbotsford defensemen in points.
Pettersson was expected to have a year of adjustment in North America and be the 5 or 6 defenseman, instead he's been the number 1 d-man for Abbotsford.
Ceiling for both is probably number 4 d-men in the NHL with it being much more likely they are bottom pairing guys, but it's still been great seasons for the pair of them.

Sam Colangelo - has 14 goals 26 points in 26 games, as a rookie in the AHL…. Hasn’t looked out of place in his time in the NHL…. Would be a nice little hit for Anaheim if he pans out as a middle 6 power forward.
Tristan Luneau- injuries/sickness have plagued his career but seems to be hitting his stride…. 21 points in 26 games including 11 in his last 4. I still think he has highest potential if anaheims young dmen, still just 21.

Pridham is committed to Boston University. When the NCAA eligibility rules changed he left the BCHL for the OHL where he quickly established himself as a top scoring forwards on the Rangers and is at a PPG pace (52 pts in 49 games) since his arrival in mid November.
AJ Spellacy is a defensive energy type forward who had strong showing at Blackhawks camp and almost made the US world jr team. From all reports he has had an impressive season

The Penguins won’t have any prospects playing outstanding but I wanted to include the Pens int this thread.
Emil Pieniniemi has looked good in the OHL and was solid at the WJC. He’s a bit older, but he’s playing an important role with Kingston in his first season in NA.
Tristain Borz and Rutger McGroarty are finding good footing in the AHL. Both players are looking like they could turn into solid top 9 complimentary players.
The cupboards are pretty bare though.

Calgary prospects:
Parekh is doing Parekh things. 2 hat tricks in his last 4 games, 44 points in his last 24 games.
Henry Mews is still 2nd in the CHL in scoring amongst defenseman as a 2024 3rd round pick, although a couple names like Parekh are gaining rapidly on him. 10 points in 7 games with only one game pointless since his trade to Sudbury.
Staying in the OHL, Battaglia and Misa continue to remain in the top 15 scorers in the OHL, as 2024 3rd and 5th round picks respectively. Misa is heading to the AHL next year but Battaglia has another year in juniors and potential to atleast get an invite to the Canada World Juniors summer showcase if he finishes strong.
Stromgren has 37 points in 42 AHL games as a 2021 second round pick. His production in the A is higher than most first round picks from his draft still in the A, and he actually has 36 points in his last 34 games after a slow start. His mix of size (6’3, 190), skating and skill went from looking like a bottom 6 wing to a middle 6 guy with a 2nd line ceiling.
Suniev has 27 points in 23 games in his sophomore NCAA season as a 2023 3rd round pick. That puts him tied with Ryan Leonard from the same draft for 18th in points in the NCAA, and tied for 11th in goals (in no way saying he’s comparable to Leonard, just framing his production).
Wouldn’t say that’s Calgary 5 best prospects, but players having standout seasons.

Aiden Fink: Currently 2nd in the NCAA in PPG as a softmore and has 15 points more than the next highest scorer on his Penn State team
Tyson Jugnauth: Older for the the WHL, but absolutely obliterating the league. Has 65 points in 44 games. His skating is exceptional and he keeps gaining confidence.

Quinn Finley was a bit of a late physical developer, but he's caught up, and he's tied for 2nd in the NCAA for goals (19 in 26 games). It's unclear if he's gonna be big or strong enough to score like he's been doing at higher level. But this is his amateur breakout for sure.
NYI's other NCAA prospects are doing well (Danny Nelson, Cole Eiserman), but I wouldn't say they've had seasons that have adjusted expectations like Finley's season has. Danny Nelson was underrated previously, so the perception of him has changed more than anything. Marcus Gidlof hasn't played enough to say whether he's had a 'fantastic' season, but he's been good when he's played.

Liam Greentree (2024 1st, Los Angeles) is absolutely killing it for Windsor in the O. Looks like a solid pick for the Kings to have traded back and still get a monster offensive threat in the late 1st.
Isaac Howard (2022 1st, Tampa Bay) has been a consistent dangerous threat & producer all year for Michigan State, looking like a Hobey Baker candidate who should get NHL games to end the season after he signs.
Sam Rinzel (2022 1st, Chicago) has elevated his play to another level, looking close to NHL ready. Been really good for Minnesota, in the Hobey Baker conversation as well, should be signed after the Gophers are out.

He alone has kept the Badgers in the race in the Pairwise even after a putrid team start.
