The turnaround has to come from the forwards. Mrazek is jumping at shots because they’re right in his face, the defense is giving up those chances because Anaheim has the puck 80% of the time.

The forward group needs to apply some pressure, backcheck their asses off, and get to work generating a dirty goal. Staal needs to show up. I know we’re not worried about Aho yet but at some point he needs to break through this slump.

This isn’t going to get better until the forwards start asserting themselves.
