IOW, positionless hockey! Honestly, they should just run that until Martinook returns. Fleury and TVR are clearly better than any of the Charlotte guys right now, and it's amazing asset and minutes management for Gardiner, who can use the lesser minutes to heal up his back and whatever other things ailed him from last season.
