That and the puck handling mixed together are concerns I have with him. A big part of his game was his puck rushing and it's hard to pull that off without being a burner and having sloppy puck handling

I’m amazed Schneider is stil hanging around. How long would he have to play at vet minimum to make what he would have gotten had he LTIRed in NJ instead of getting bought out?

To be fair, he was good in the AHL last year. It was his first good season in either league since 2015-2016.

His AHL play has been BAD since 18-19 (when he first got an extended conditioning stint there) every year, up until this last year.

I do think he would have been an upgrade over Gillies and Hammond at the very least.

Definitely, as well as in the scrimmages.

I didn't like the goal he allowed tonight though. It wasn't a terrible one either, but it wasn't great.

Yeah. Hopefully he figures it out. He can apprentice all season at Utica if need be
