Like an Adam Lowry with offensive talent? Dubie played that style too, but it never seemed to translate well. I hope Nino & Gabe rewrite the book on how the Jets play offense, bring back an identity like we had in 2017.

When he hasn't taken a step forward developmentally for multiple seasons and seemingly hasn't made any changes to bring anything other than bad defensive play I think they need to just cut their losses and waive him. Not sure what happened but even his shot volume seems to have disappeared which I think might've been one of his few positives.

I don't even think anyone can make the argument that his size is intimidating like some people say to justify why guys like Reaves or Gudbranson are still in the league.

There's zero reasonable justification to use a roster spot on him.

Agree. He was always more of an offensive / skill guy who just happened to be 6’7”.

But now we have skill guys who are far more skilled, stronger all round and less risky, even if they are shorter.

But I am expecting the inevitable “The Jets are committed to Logan Stanley“ line to pop up in a Murat piece.
