Preseason and yada yada but not liking Zucker's game out there. He's a guy who really needs to step up with Crosby/Malkin out if we're gonna stay afloat.

I like it better than I thought.

Z-Z-K has been great

Zucker has been pretty solid if you ask me....he made the nice pass to Kap that went to big Z

I know one play doesn't make a game but what I am seeing is good

Hallander is good. Looks the same as he always does. He’ll be a pro.

His skating does look worse on the small ice though. Not that it’s bad but he doesn’t accelerate well.

Z has a nice offensive touch for sure. But the small things you need to do to play at the NHL level in the bottom 6 aren't there yet.

But it's good to see him rebound from a rough start this game.

Hallander looks like the middle-6, third wheel type guy people projected him to be. Not flashy, but should be able to translate to an NHL career. Like everyone though, probably needs a full season of huge minutes/role in WBS to develop--maybe more.

Are people really worried about Zucker because of a preseason game lol

Yah i mean, at worst he's gonna give you solid bottom six production, while not Killing you with dumb defensive plays.

At the end of the day he's a positive on the ice.

Based on what I've seen with his skating, I'm not too sure about that. Kinda looks like a tweener out there. But he's only 21 and new to NA ice. He has tons of room for improvement.
