Seems Jamie Donley at LB has been a discovery. The 19-year old has strictly been a striker, but Gold gave him a 9 rating today and this wasn't the first time he was outstanding.

Mikey has been fantastic since we brought him in. He’s earned his spot on the roster at the moment — he did at the end of last year. He got a run with the first team because we could see in training that he was handling himself really well and that’s followed through into pre-season training. He’s been good in all the games — he probably should have had three tonight, to be fair — but he did take his goal well by being in the right areas. All we can do is keep allowing him to develop. We have to remember that last year he had some injuries and he is only 16, but yeah - super exciting. I think the future with a lot of our young guys looks pretty promising, but it’s our responsibility to make sure they realise their potential and continue to work hard at their game.

On friday, Miroslav Klose managed Nurnberg easily beat Juventus 3-0. Maybe they can make a push for promotion from 2.BL?

Gabriel "I need to take an extra five steps" Jesus. Damn, this lad is frustrating AF because his talent is 1000%, but his IQ is -1001%. Awful stuff and needs to be upgraded because his desire to keep pressing a foot closer gets 99% of his shots blocked or poked off the ball.

Nwaneri looked brilliant, could be starting in the EPL tomorrow if he had to. M'hand also looked quite decent, he has some bite to his game. Any reason why we haven't seen Patino?
