Pre-Game Talk: Prepare your Angry Jokinen emotes for more Smiling Stu

I usually like your posts, but why this negativity? We know he's better than the alternative right now and we have no other option, so what's the point of being down on the guy, especially after a win?
We can't have anymore of this Pickard winning and shit. This makes Dusty and Skins look bad. Remember its imperative that Skinner is the one going forward. Everything and Nirvana rides on this...

After all we must have the chosen one in net. Its fate ordained.

He does win. As ugly as it is. But let's be honest, he is an AHL journeyman giving everything he has and I respect that. And I think the team does too.

He was objectively better last night than Skinner was in his two games and even the advanced stats agree. Why not have a bit of optimism?

And I'm sorry, that Dallas series was one great performance between four implosions over seven rounds. We call that a fluke. Expecting it to happen again is insanity, especially with the clear regression Skinner has had season over season over season.
As I've stated before the Dallas Stars in playoffs occasionally go into scoring doldrums of their own accord, and it doesn't matter the opposition, the goalie, they're a strange club, when the well runs dry with them they can't score to save their lives. Do people forget they lost to the Calgary Flames?

That was the one outlier series in history where Skinner played well. Interesting how much it gets pointed to and not say the whole 40playoff games he's played in which he's sucked lots and been pulled several times.

My point was we need Dallas Skinner to win the cup. Will we see it? Likely not.

We aren't winning the Cup with Calvin Pickard.

They aren't winning the Cup with Skinner, either. Not winning the series with him, to boot

With two AHL goalies, you start whoever is winning, and if one isn't winning, you sit him.

The team will get further than Pickard than they will with this continually declining Skinner. At this point, you play to go as far as you can.

Whats this rocket science? What strange knowledge is this? ;)

That tweet reads like condescending government propaganda

All these media guys / wannabe media guys go to the same schools. It's not about reporting information, it's about presenting an incomplete viewpoint to push an agenda. Both sports media and "news" media are worried about losing access or funding, and are unashamed about hiding that fact.

I think Stu drank a lot of beer last summer.

Every day is April 1st with the Oilers brass, especially related to goaltending.

"The relationship sits in great hands going forward from the news we received today."

Wow great! Give this boy an 8 year contract.

This whole tweet makes me want to projectile vomit. Like @Tarus said, sounds like a propaganda piece.

We really are stuck with this loser and his even bigger loser goalie coach for eternity, aren't we?
