I've been to house shows in Montreal that were louder than some Raw shows I've been to in the states. Montreal is a top tier wrestling city. Crowd always goes wild.

Wrestlemania X8 - Toronto, March 17, 2002
No Way Out - Montreal, Feb 23 2003
Backlash - Edmonton, April 18, 2004
Summerslam - Toronto, Aug 15, 2004
Unforgiven- Toronto, Sep 17, 2006
Breaking Point - Montreal, Sep 13, 2009
Roadblock - Toronto, Mar 12, 2016
Takeover & Suvivor Series - Toronto, Nov 19/29, 2016
Takeover & Summerslam - Toronto, Aug 10/11, 2019
Elimination Chamber - Montreal, Feb 18, 2023

17 total PPVs over 33 years. Peak periods were during Bret Hart & Chris Benoit reigns.

Toronto with 7, Montreal with 4, Vancouver with 2, Cgy/Edm/Wpg/Ham with 1 each.

So yeah, there should be a PPV in Canada every other year with a potential Tor / Mtl / Tor / Other sequence/rotation.

There should be one every year. At least.

It's a bit sad there have only been 17 over 38 years of PPVs/PLEs. I have attended three, which didn't seem like a lot however now that I see there have only been 17 in Canada suddenly attending 3/17 seems a bit crazy.

I’m glad to see this reaction for Iyo. She’s my favourite of the women’s division so pretty cool
