We lose this game with November Ullmark.

We also lose it with some of our November play. This was a team effort. I am not trying to take any shine off Ullmark, because he was brilliant in this game.

Alfredsson needs to be in the ears of Stutzle and Norris telling them to shoot the f***ing puck even if the angle isn't perfect. Better that then pass it around and get no shot.

I agree here. Sometimes a little dirty greasy goal is all it takes to open the flood gates.

That was a fun game to be at. When the Preds almost scored a second goal when it got behind Ullmark I fully believed we were going to collapse. Glad it didn't go in though. Was nice to see JBD and Giroux get back on the goal column.

Didn't know it was going to snow as much as it did after the game. Took me 5 hours to get back to Toronto because of the roads and being stuck behind a snow plow on a one lane highway. Lesson learned to check the weather.

Right up to the point that they essentially had to commentate..."Gaudette to uhhh...other Gaudette" but just went with it, and colour had to step in and have them issue a retraction. Particularly given their opposite handedness. But there was so much more than that, including Giroux. Just...really something special.

You know the guy who is 1 year removed from a Vezina season and has one of the highest save percentages in the league over the past 5 years, and we got comments saying he isn’t good at hockey and is a fraud

If I were Travis, I would switch Cousins with Giroux. Having a playmaker with Pinto may help Shane get some scoring

Giroux had probably his worst game ever against Detroit, and unfortunately he didn't do much better yesterday.

He did score the game winning goal.

He played the fewest minutes of any forward outside of Gregor, Ostapchuk and Gaudette.

Even when he's not playing particularly well, at least he puts points on the board unlike most of our team.
