Once you accept that Barron isn't the showy/flashy type, you realize he plays a pretty solid game. Just don't expect him to carry the puck a lot or do anything cool with it. He complements Materson quite well.

In his few games last year I remember him walking the blue line with some nice moves, toe drags, etc.

He had a serious ankle injury a few months ago and he’s young, give him time. He’ll be a good #3 or #4.
