I really think the Leafs have been the better team at 5v5

Mikeyev reminds me of early Kapanen. All speed zero hands. Except Kapanen actually scored once in awhile

I disagree. Kappy could actually pass the puck as well. Mika can't make pass to save his life

He reminds me Jason Blake. That one year he had like 10 shots a game and did cirlces only to not get anywhere

Not sure if he will stick with leafs cuz bodies but Adam Brooks is entirely an NHL player and he shouldn’t play in the minors again. He has the pro game.

Much better period. Marner, Kase, Brooks, Dermott, and Mennell have all looked very good imo.

Holl (i don't know how much you can blame him) has looked very bad, Dahlstrom should be cut mid-game, and discount Kadri can go. Mrazek needs to have that, regardless of if Rielly tipped it.

This is true but what drives me nuts about preseason games is why they waste valuable time that they could be getting ready for the season on a bunch of scrubs. If this group is our prospects we are in big trouble

Other than Robertson, lilly and Sandin.. most of our good prospects are over seas or in the NCAA. Kines, hirvonen, Amirov and Niemola are all not in camp

Easily done if management would see that Liljegren is less risky than Sandin as far as reliability.

Brooks is a keeper IMO once Spezza can't go next season or season after. He can be our 4th line (or 3rd line) center. Hope dubas doesnt trade him
