You always dress your better "vets" at home. Thus the first 6 games really mean nothing since there is maybe half an NHL roster in those games. Not until you get to the final 2 games do you see a complete lineup.

We know Hughes, Pettersson, DeBrusk, Lekkerimaki, Bains, Myers, and Soucy will be playing in Abbotsford on Wednesday since they are promoting those players. Wouldn't make any sense to play anyone back-to-back. Miller and Boeser were advertised for tomorrow's game.

Some weird alignments. Boeser playing his off-wing, which is something I don't think I've seen. Checking out the "next man up" at centre with Raty, Sasson and Aman all in the line-up. That Raty line has been pretty constant throughout camp.
Nice to see some young guys, and PTO Blais, getting a shot on the fourth. Heinen playing with a couple offensive blackholes in Aman and Karlsson.
Defense is a bit of a dogs breakfast, I'd have liked to see Forbort-Myers tried, but they're balancing the veterans out across the pairs. Pettersson really the only interesting name there for me. Token start for Friedman, wouldn't be surprised if he's waived in short order.

I’m curious how Blais perfoms. didn’t stand out in the scrimmage/camp but in his own words showing what he can do is tougher in practice. Probably cause he knows he can’t just run guys over as a PTO during camp. Different dynamic.
