It is VERY possible the reason why the Rangers historically (aside from 1994) cannot sustain pressure, or skate fast, or hustle, or score 5v5, or whatever it is they don't do well is because of their Jerseys. Not many teams have a jersey with asymmetrical lettering like that; it's possible their balance is thrown off.

That last 4v4 rush from Panarin is exactly what's wrong right now. He's playing by himself. There was no one but him in any place of menace. That's hopefully going to come with time as no one on the ice there outside of Miller has played much with Panarin. But it's clear to me that Panarin is a man on an island right now.
