also, why do you carry a gun stanislav

I don't carry a gun.

Mine is illegal and too large to carry on person, realistically.

Not to mention if I shot it off in a necessary situation, it would not only penetrate my subject, but also kill everyone in a small general radius as it broke apart and continued on at very high velocity.

I'd like to grab a small 9mm or .22 or something for personal carry use, but I think 9/10 that's just inviting trouble when it's unnecessary.

I don't live in a particularly dangerous place or neighborhood, so finding myself in a situation where use of force is necessary is almost nil.

This was an absolutely atrocious post. I just want to get that out now before anyone has the chance to call me out on it.

How rustled does this make your jimmies, @Jacques The Mayor?

Is that an Oris re-dial on the far right?

Dat Bombay Special

Actually work for you? I nearly bought one for bout three fiddy the other day

It does - my wife usually wears it because I think it's definitely smaller than advertised. It's probably like a 36mm, said it was a 38mm without crown.

I have a 7.5" wrist - my Omega is 45.5mm, so the difference is hilarious.

It cost like $25-30 bucks. That's about the top dollar I'd pay for any of those specials, haha.

I like the redials. I wouldn't pay more than $10 for one, but they are fun.

I sold most of my collection and I just rock my Nomos Tangomat on the daily right now.

Here it is. It's on the Nomos brown/red cordovan strap there. Next to Nomos black cordovan on one side and the new Nomos fabric strap on the other. Their fabric strap is the best I've ever felt (even better than Omega's).
