I've been saying it a lot, but the Ryder thing is another example of them just booking moments. The story was all Zayn and Owens and the payoff is Ryder?

Sasha's entrance, the Eddie Pants and Frog Splash made her look like such a big star, shame she didn't win the title tonight, at least she still has not been pinned.

Think it was my favorite match of the night with the Ladder Match and AJ match not far behind, although I would have different winners for all three matches .

And squashes Reigns.
Ya, would be epic.

I don't understand the hate for the LoN win. A New Day win would've just been another New Day win over the LoN, it doesn't elevate anyone. This was all set up for the super cool SCSA, Foley, and HBK segment which I quite enjoyed. It was a laugh. Mania is gonna have these moments. It was a next to meaningless match. If the LoN ever goes for the titles again, they at least have some credibility.

I would say that Zayn and Owens got caught up in each other and lost focus. You can make that the story and build a feud off of each other costing them the title. Solid non-title blood (bad word) feud.

They probably won't, but that's what I'd do anyways.

Maybe Nakamura comes and takes Ryder's title.

My feelings are weird about that match. The set up, Sasha's entrance. Sasha should of went over without a doubt.

Still the match itself was really good. The three wrestled their ***** off. Match of the night easily. Also Charlotte winning isn't the end of the world because you can still book a program with Sasha chasing.

Still it does seem like a waste not to give one of the crowd favorites their moment there. Especially Sasha who was insanely over (and wearing Eddie inspired gear.)

No one is hurt by the result and they worked a great match. It is still odd booking because they could of had a much better moment if they change the finish. Becky taps to Sasha and that place explodes.

Your opinion is fair, but I think it is worthy that one of the hottest things on WWE have a real WM match. It was like the other year when The Shield wasted their WM time by having to fight NAO in like a 5 minute match. If something is hot, make it a focal point of the show. New Day went from the must see each week segment to just a forgettable loss at WM.

Who has momentum out of WM?
- Reigns: Which will make the crowd hate him more
- Corbin: Who isn't even going to be up with WWE.
- HBK, The Rock, Austin, & Foley: Who won't be around
- Lesnar: Who will be gone until summer and doesn't need it.
- Cena: Who just needs to show up and is over.
- Ryder: Who gives a flying ****? He will be forgotten in less than no time.
- Jericho: Will be gone in no time again
- Taker/Shane: Both are not going to be around.

Who needs to rebuild momentum?
- Wyatt
- Ambrose
- New Day/LON
- Owens
- Miz/Ziggler/Stardust
- AJ
- Becky/Sasha

The crowd favourite thing is what gets me
It's wrestlemania
You have over 80 thousand people in attendance

And no crowd favourite really won

Ryder got a small pop, but the crowd was firmly behind KO and Zayn
Crowd was behind AJ
Crowd was behind New Day
Crowd was behind Sasha and Becky
Crowd was sort of torn on Ambrose and Lesnar, so the solution is to squash Ambrose mostly in a short, mediocre match
Crowd was sort of torn on Shane and Taker, but the crowd wants change (Shane taking over Raw) so you have Taker win and remain status quo
Crowd despises Reigns so you literally mute the mics and pretend the crowd doesn't hate Reigns and have him win in the cleanest of matters

Yea, I don't even mind Heel Charlotte, her and her Dad are easy to hate, but Ric cracks me up on how proud he is when she is heeling it up.

Ultimately I think it has to end with her losing the strap with her Dad backfiring when he tries to interfere or just go with the easy he is banned from ringside.

It was a good match. I don't think Becky should have been in it. And she's my favourite of the three.

Mark my words, Corbin will be feuding with Reigns within the next year. He's basically another prototypical Vince guy.

God help us all.

I don't mind Baron Corbin as a Kane-type figure.

I'm kind of in the minority, I don't think he's terrible. He can go a solid 8-9 minutes on TV each week, and brings natural heat that isn't necessarily go-away heat, imo. Just a guy who can go as that monster heel who can actually move around the ring unlike Strowman, put people over, take some bumps. Kane's lived on serving a purpose without ever being truly great.

I get why a New Day win might have been nice, but I don't think they gained or lost anything by losing, and can't see much of a difference if they won either. They're still one of the hottest things right now. They're a comedy act, and played that part really well with their entrance, match, and post-match. Woods trying to get Austin to dance and then taking a stunner was hilarious and I'm sure all of those guys involved in that segment enjoyed the heck out of it. Like I said, the main purpose of the match was for the segment with the HoFers, which delivered. They got to have a WM moment. I don't think a clean New Day vs LoN match is a match anyone is going to look back on ever.

In comparison, let's look at NXT:

Who gained momentum out of NXT:
- Both tag teams for putting on awesome wrestling and a good feud
- Aries
- Nakamura and Sami for putting on an awesome match
- Asuka and Bayley - Asuka is a mega heel and Bayley gets her tough test chase
- Balor

Who needs to regain momentum
- Joe: I'd say he's lost a bit too much to Balor, but most likely will gain his momentum on the WWE roster
- Corbin: He's already picked his steam back up as the winner of the ATGMBR

That is the big problem. Ya most of the guys who jobbed tonight can and will recover easily depending on the booking.

The problem is this is Mania! This isn't a B-PPV. This is the night you make stars, and you make moments that fans remember for years.

Who the **** is going to remember (or remember fondly) Ryder winning the IC title. Or AJ Styles losing his first mania ever?

Bray I mean most are right. He was already buried, this was just more dirt on the grave. The big problem is all these rumors of him getting these big programs with Roman and Brock next. How the **** do you buy that at this point?

I disagree on Joe. Ya he lost, but he came out looking like a ****ing monster in that match. He brought that next level and it elevated him.

Maybe it was just dumb luck because he got busted open so badly, but end of day Joe looks great right now to me.
