Shane McMahon wrestled 30 minutes in 2016. My brain is having trouble comprehending and I don't think it even has anything to do with mind altering substances.

I got really annoyed when Cole was talking about holding the title meant holding all the power in the company.

What the hell was talking about?

Sami had the match of the year with Nakamura on Friday

Then had some insane spots on Sunday
With the over the top rope dive through the ladder
His usual awesome ddt on the floor
And the exploder suplex to Owens on the ladder

Give this man a raise

Cole was so awful tonight, not even sure what match, think the women's match he said someone hit an almost Rock Bottom.

Ryder held his own in that ladder match. He had like two holy **** spots in that match.

There's a good reason the guy was getting over 6 years ago.

I feel like a lot of these booking decisions were so that next year we have half the roster looking for their first win at Wrestlemania aka "Wrestlemania Moment."

I'm looking forward to Big Dave on LAW. Bury this show.
Here's his write up of the main event:

HHH vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE title

Long match ending with Reigns using two Superman punches and then ducked a sledge hammer spot and hit a spear for the pin. They did a big celebration like you had face winner even though the crowd wasn't cheering him although they didn't boo him as bad at the finish as they did in most of the match. There was no hint of a turn at the end of the match although early in the match Reigns, with his new outfit, kind of felt heelish. It was a good match, but not great. HHH did a lot more wrestling than usual using submission moves like a Fujiwara armbar and armbar to set up a one arm power bomb spot by Reigns. At times the crowd was cheering for Sami Zayn, Nakamura and Bayley. Reigns used a spear on him through the barricade for one big spot. Stephanie was at ringside in an outfit like she was a backup singer in an 80s band. Reigns hit the spear the first time but Stephanie pulled the ref out of the ring. Stephanie got in the ring to argue with the ref. Reigns went to spear HHH, who moved and nailed Stephanie good. HHH hit the pedigree but Reigns kicked out. Stephanie sold it on the floor but handed him the sledge hammer but Reigns used the Superman punches before the ducking the sledge hammer spot and hitting the spear for the pin.

The logic is just unfathomable. At the biggest show of the year, regulars Wyatt and Ambrose are physically outclassed punks. Meanwhile, middle aged and beat to hell Austin, completely broken down Foley and HBK are booked super strong. Shane was booked as strongly as Brock was against Taker. 13 years ago, Shane was booked as a scrappy yet outmatched face against Kane in a last man standing match. Now he's middle aged and he's a great mat wrestler and can physically stand toe to toe with Taker? **** off.

Honestly for the long term who came out looking good tonight? Pretty much no one.

Ryder winning helps no one. Jericho winning helps no one. League of Goobers winning (and than getting tooled by 3 old men) helps no one. Charlotte winning is ok, but not the right choice honestly considering where she is compared to the other two.

Brock winning is fine, but they did NOTHING in the match to help Dean at all. It was just another Brock squash with a few weapon spots. Taker/Shane helped no one. The Rock segment helped no one, and the main event helped no one.

The show was a disaster.

I think that's the worst part. Ryder literally does nothing. None of the guys like Owens, Sami, Ambrose, Wyatt, AJ, New Day, etc. who are the future of the business got any sort of rub. The rub constantly goes back to nobody.

The guys who people are excited for are all going to spend another year trying to rebuild their momentum while non-credible stars, part-timers, and legends all get the final boost out of WM.

And I can't believe people aren't more up in arms about Sami not winning that belt. Tonight was his big moment. The crowd wanted it and people were still hot over his match with Nakamura. Tonight was the night to either push him to the upper mid card, or start the major chase against Owens. That's where the money is. Nobody gives a **** that Ryder once took a picture with Razor Ramon. **** that.

The only thing i disagree with that assessment is HBK being broken down. He looked damn good for a guy in his 50's.
