Top-10 Prospect Pool in the NHL imo.

All have solid NHL floors if they don't reach their potiental. But I have no doubt 3-5 of these prospects will prove to become a pivotal to our core 2-3 years from now. Chytil and Kravtsov both can become seriously high end talented players.

Our defense core looks incredible. Our biggest weakness is wing depth, hopefully we can draft high skill wingers tomorrow, which would really solidify the Rangers as a Top-5 prospect pool.

Excited for tomorrow since a lot of highly touted prospects are available for our 39th pick that could've easily gone in the first round.

I guess we aren't including Georgi and Pionk? Because I'd have those two kids pretty high. They are NHL'ers right now, and pretty good ones.

Shestyorkin has the highest upside in the system, and he's the best current hockey player of any prospect we have. Easy #1.

Two is slightly harder. I can understand arguments for Chytil, Kravtsov and Andersson, but I'd narrow it down to Chytil and Kravtsov. And given we are talking about like 3 months difference between these two players, and Chytil is already producing better along with having the ability to maybe stick down the middle, I'd give him the edge. Kravtsov #3. Andersson definitely 4th after that. Thats where it gets harder to select whose next. I know everyone loves Hajek, but I think the best player we acquired in the McDonagh trade is Howden. I'm not even completely convinced Andersson will be better than him. I think he's pretty underrated. He's not great offensively, but he's probably a likely 3C with size, defense, speed and some offense, so no complaints there.

Then I'd have Rykov, Lundkvist, Hajek in that order. I think its somewhat close between all three. I think they are about mid 2nd or so caliber players, but Rykov is the furthest along with the most pro experience, and I think he has the highest upside any of the three have, offensively or defensively. Then I'd list Miller as the pretty easy #9. 10th is harder to judge. I think there's a drop-off after 9. Is Lindgren 10th or is it Huska? I'm not convinced Lindgren is more than a bottom pairing guy, so I'll say Huska 10th. I've consistently been impressed by him, and I think he's a really underrated player in our system.

Not sure who Chetyl is. Lazy Russian who only had one mediocre playoff run to his name and might not even come over is our 4th best prospect? Also Tim Gettingnowhere is not top 10.

Lazy Russian? When did I say he is lazy? This is my list, I am basing it on NHL projection, not on their skill level.
 
I'd put the top four at Chytil, Kravtsov, Andersson, Shestyorkin. After that, it's extremely muddled, I don't know. Obviously some guys have more pedigree than others, but we don't have a ton of information on any of them yet. I like Georgiev. I'm also in my heart a John Gilmour Optimist, though I wouldn't be able to make an argument for him at #10.

Tbh I don't know what to think of Rykov but it's nice to see him ranked top-10 in what is now a very good system.
