It’s all part of Gary’s master plan. A shell game of outrageous incidents. There is always a new controversy the next day to take away from the one the night before. It is so damn frustrating that a little man in a suit in NY that knows nothing about our game has ruined it.

Oilers are 100% better at 5vs5. McClellan just has the refs in his back pocket and a better goalie.

I’m oddly not as mad as I would be like 10 years ago. Aging is weird. Like I’m annoyed, but when the reffing is this bad. What is there really to say.

This series is already worse than the series against Colorado last year when it comes reffing, where they straight up redefined how an offside play is called.

That being said, Oilers can't keep leaning on the opposition for most of the game and come up empty handed. Kane coming into the playoffs playing poorly after coming back from his hand injury, Hyman struggling since mid-season, and Nuge running back to his hidy-hole is really screwing over the forward group right now.

I hate bitching about reffing, but I don’t even know how to put that game into words.

If we know we’re going to get shafted by the calls, the least we can do is mitigate potential calls and play as smart as we can. We are distinctly the better team, out possessing and outshooting them in all situations.

Well.... hes gunna get bedard in Cali soon..... and yes.. bettman is not a fan of Canadian teams.....

If Canadian teams knock out American teams there will be less money streaming in from TNT/ESPN
 
Has the Leon sportsman like penalty been explained? you are searching for shit if you are calling that in the playoffs... Let me guess, he said some mean words?
 
No matter how good you are in this league, no matter how well you play the game, no matter if you have the best two players in the game and a supporting cast. If the refs and Bettman decide you’re done. Your done.

It wasn't in overtime.

And I know it doesnt get called most of the time, but theres zero reason to do that, your team has just scored 2 quick goals stealing all the momentum and you do that.
