It would be nice if Bob (well, the whole team in general too) had a good game for the full 60 minutes. He plays a solid 40 minutes but has one horrible period where it seems everything goes in.

Not the "most criticalest" game ever, just the most important. A win tonight makes game 6 a potential historic event.

Saw in Puckrakers this a.m there are tickets still available in all sections. Y'all should road trip if at all possible. Me I'll be nervously sitting in front of my tv, 1300 miles away.

CBJ! CBJ! CBJ!

Went to Pittsburgh last Saturday and had a blast but kids' sports events make that an impossibility this week.

Important for Jackets to weather the first 10 minutes as the Pens will come out strong. A softy early by MAF would be much appreciated.

My prediction - Skille gets his first of the playoffs.

That groaning sound you here are a few hundred thousand people around Columbus trying to remember exactly what they did on Wednesday to bring the team good luck. The same clothes are being worn, furniture is being moved back to precisely the right spot, the same dinner is being prepared...

We finally crack Fleury. We score first and don't look back, no more of this "loser scores first" bullcrap. Score will be different tonight too. Jackets 6-3.

Left practice early yesterday, didn't skate today. MT @DMaetzMedia: Brooks Orpik may not be in the Penguins lineup tonight for game 5 #CBJ

#CBJ at today's morning skate had both Tyutin and Murray taking reps with Nikitin and Wisniewski respectively Both could play vs #Pens

haha, it's happening in NY, too! I don't wanna go to the well too often, but I am wearing what is turning into my lucky shirt- that I was wearing Wednesday, too.

Now I just need to find a different place to watch it because it really is awful how much of a jinx my local sports bar is. Plus, they don't serve PBR, which is emerging as my lucky Jackets beer chosen for the symmetry in names.

let's go Jackets!

This is exactly what I am thinking too. Weather the first 10 and we need the end-of the-game Game 4 MAF to show up. MAF has cracked.

We can do it! Go Jackets!!!!!!!!!

It shouldn't even be about weathering the 1st 10. It should be about controlling the 1st 10 and throwing every shot possible on Fleury to get him to crack and then not sitting back with a prevent defense if he does.

Bylsma kind of challenged their manhood after game 4. Crosby agreed so I look for the Pens to open up with steam coming out of their ears. Weather the first 10 minutes like another poster said and we've got a hockey game that the Jackets can take.

In response to this, I was going to ask whether an early CBJ goal would lead to a Pens breakdown or steel their resolve. Then Scuderi offers what might be the answer.

They will "enjoy the game" less if they get down early and the questions start to creep in and the crowd begins to turn.

The neighborhood around me will have no idea what's going on for sure. I can almost guarantee that I've been heard celebrating, cursing, and getting downright loud during every game of this series.

I guess that's part of being a fan 3,000 miles away

Go Jackets! Teams that win game 5 of a tied series go on to win a serious majority of them. Keep it going, guys!

Apologize upfront as I know this question has been asked before. But how can I get the NBC telecast so I can listen to Doc and Company.? I have UVerse so I face the blackout of NBCsports.

Last time I was at my local viewing/drinking establishment, I overheard a conversation that may as well have been a cliche

patron: "who are the Penguins playing?"

bartender: "The Blue Jackets"

patron: [unintelligible]

bartender: "Blue Jackets. Columbus"

patron: "Washington?"

bartender: "Ohio"

that's a paraphrase but it ain't off by much.

I live in Charlotte and when I go out to a sports bar and ask the waitress if she can get the game on, I always ask if she has ever heard of the Blue Jackets and every time they say no. I think it has much more to do with how abysmal we've been over the first 14 years so rather than a lack of hockey knowledge. If we get better and make the playoffs consistently, then people will know who we are.

Even if you could get NBCSN, Doc and Co. are not announcing this game.
